In his coaching style he seeks to give clients the space within sessions to understand situations and the client’s own assumptions and beliefs that influence how they view scenarios. He helps bring different perspectives to the client to help with the depth and richness of their own awareness. This is then brought into an action plan that empowers the client to own their own next steps which are congruent and authentic to them.
